Etna (no ascent) & Taormina | from Catania, Messina | Maximum 8 hours
Today we drive to the main visitor elevation on the slopes of Mt. Etna to experience the lava fields and incredible landscape view from Europe�s highest and most active volcano. Later transfer to Taormina, the world famous resort town on Sicily. Time at leisure to rest or independent visit to the Greek-Roman Theatre (Admission fee: not included). This afternoon, return to your hotel/port/villa.

How to visit Etna Volcano?
with this excursion we can decide to visit Etna North side or Etna South side. Which is the difference?
-Etna North Side: this is a beautiful tour because it's possible to admire forests and lava sceneries. The north part is recommended to people interested to see the landscape in combo with the lava stones.

-Etna South Side: this is a really particular visit also because you can have the opportunity to see a really lunar landscape full of lava stone. With this excursion we can visit the Silvestri craters.
