Day 1: Palermo, Cooking Experience with the Noble Mrs Gioia

This morning transfer to the Madonie Natural Park to reach the Casale Fontana Murata which is the country property of the noble family, Gioia Donata. On arrival the owner will give us her Welcome at Home, we will start to dress our apron and immediately later she will start to teach us her main Sicilian Dish. We will start our cooking course highlighting pasta and typical desserts using their freshly produced ricotta cheese, followed by bountiful country luncheon, of course. BUON APPETITO! (L)
