Santina Cooking Experience
T his
morning you will meet your driver and transfer to a lovely town in the heart of
the Madonie Natural
Park. The territory of the Madonie
mountains is a paradise of earth and sky, tucked away on the island,
where each corner guards its perfect history and nature. We soon
arrive in Polizzi Generosa—a step back in
time with the ancient masserie
transformed into farmhouse companies, the flour
mills that testify
to the water wealth of the territory and the furnaces,
used
today, like in the past, to make ceramics. Upon arrival, Donna
Santina welcomes us into
 her charming country restaurant.
She will introduce us to her kitchen and ....start your simple
cooking experience!!!!! Today we will cook the
famous "Involtini
di carne alla Siciliana-Sicilian veal roulade" .... everybody will
have ingredients: Veal, onions, bay leafs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, ham and
cheese ...make your creations then cook and
BUON
APPETITO! Later
