Looking for an authentic, hands on, cooking course with country recipes and cooking tips that only a lovely mom could provide?  Join Mamma Rosaria in her farmhouse!  She is a so lovely Mum, passionate about cooking, loves Sicilian food, and ready to share cooking traditions from the Etna Volcano country side. 

This morning we meet the driver and departure for one of the spectacular Sicilian side: Etna Volcano. This cooking, wine and volcanoes adventure led by Mamma Rosaria take you to meet welcoming, fun loving Sicilian people. She is passionate about sharing their culture and lives with you...you'll discover breathtaking natural beauty, ancient architecture and authentic regional wine and cuisine. Following black volcanic sand paths and craters punctuated with green and gold trees overlooking the blue sea, this experience is a close encounter with a truly unique natural landscape.

Upon arrival, Mamma Rosaria welcomes us into her charming farmhouse with her nice smile. She will introduce us to her kitchen and ....start your Etna cooking experience!!!!! Today we cook the famous "Fusilli, hand made pasta" .... everybody will have ingredients: flour, egg, water and salt ... make your creations then cook and BUON APPETITO!  (L)
