There are several ways to discover a city, we would like to enjoy a street food experience with you!
Our tour consists of several stops around the city to taste Palermo’s original, traditional and freshly prepared street food: you will see the city from an uncommon point of view with a local guide that will tell you not only about food but also about the tradition of a city with a long and special history.
Food is not always the same, when it’s freshly prepared it tastes better and that’s why the tour changes according to places that are open when visiting, in any case 5 stops are always guaranteed.

Palermo Sailing Boat - full day
Meet and greet at the Tourist Port of Villa Igiea for a briefing, then a short walk takes us to the Sailing Boat where the skipper is waiting for us to begin a lovely day experience.
Wind and Sea help us to leave the Cala Tourist Port to begin our adventure to the Capo Gallo Nature Reserve, an amazing promontory of karst origin, with its dramatic cliffs, placed between the brightly fish villages of Addaura, Mondello and Sferracavallo. Through this tour, we will enjoy relaxing swim moments among the wonders of this coastline stretch, undoubtedly the most beautiful of the western Sicily.

Palermo Sailing Sunset - half day
Meet and greet at the Tourist Port for a briefing, then a short walk takes us to the Sailing Boat where the skipper is waiting for us to begin a lovely Experience at the Sunset with Aperitif on board.

Palermo Cooking Class and dine - half day
Palermo Social Cooking and Dine with locals: when visiting a major city, it can be easy to get a bad meal. For this reason, you’ll have a far better chance of trying the best local foods in Palermoif you actually eat with Palermitans. For example, in a Sicilian kitchen, you’ll not only be able to help prepare the meal, you’ll also have the benefit of dining without a tourist menu. Choosing a home restaurant and social cooking means you know exactly how much of what goes into your dish. Plus, you can leave with the recipe to recreate the meal any time – no dress code required.
At h 6pm meet the home-chef and his family at their house and start to cook with the other fellow travellers. This is the best way to indulge your self in the real local Palermo life, cook with locals and dinner at their house with the hom-chef and his family.

Day Tour from Palermo
Erice and Marsala - Small Size
Today h 8.15am get ready at meeting point to meet our driver and departure for Erice uptown. The Elymians settled in the medieval town of Erice, which was an important religious site associated with the goddess Venus. Enjoy a light lunch in a local Sicilian Olive Oil producer Farmhouse including tasting of mixed local products. This afternoon, we drive along the scenic Salt Way Road to admire the beautiful Saltpans where the sea-salt is still produced following the old Phoenician tradition preserved during the century. We then continue onto Marsala, the Arab “Marsa Allah” –Harbor of God–, is known in the whole world for one thing: Wine! Later we return to Palermo

Monreale and Segesta
Today h 9.00am be ready for pick-up at P.za Giuseppe Verdi, 59, Palermo (in front of Restaurant “Al 59”) to meet our driver and travel to Monreale to independently visit the Dome, erected by King William II (1167/71-1189) in a royal park on the site of an earlier Greek church.
At 12.00 departure for Segesta, one of the major cities of the Elymian people, one of the three indigenous peoples of Sicily. Upon arrival independent visit of the Archelogical Area. At 15.00/15.30 we return to Palermo.

Erice and Segesta
The tour will start from one of the meeting points located in Palermo.
Then departure to tour western Sicily where we reach Erice uptown. The Elymians settled the medieval town of Erice, which was an important religious site associated with the goddess Venus. Wander through its ancient streets and visit some of the famous homemade pastry shops—world-famous for marzipan candies and other delicacies like almond and pistachio pastries.
Later we travel through the Saltpans to see the historic salt flats works, where the ancient tradition of harvesting salt from the sea is still practiced.
Then we continue onto Segesta, one of the major cities of the ancient indigenous Elymian people, to visit the unfinished Doric temple (Admission Fee: not included), late 5th century BC, built on a hilltop just outside of the ancient city and has a commanding view of the surrounding area. Then we return to Palermo.

Mount Etna and Taormina
Meet our Staff at one of the meeting points in Palermo
Then departure to Mount Etna, the highest volcano still active in Europe (3.345mt). Upon arrival visit the Silvestri Craters. Optional: Possibility to climb the volcano by cable car and/ or coach 4×4 up to 2.800m (Optional).
Later departure to Taormina, a pretty and romantic town on the slopes of the Mount Tauro (204m). Time at leisure to visit the famous Greek Theatre (Admission Fee: not included) from where you can admire an amazing view to the Etna volcano and the Taormina Bay.
At the end of the tour we drive back to Palermo.

Agrigento and Piazza Armerina
The tour will start from one of the meeting points located in Palermo.
Today we drive to Piazza Armerina. Upon arrival, enjoy an independent visit of the amazing Roman Villa of Casale, that belongs to the Unesco Heritage.
Then we will drive approximately 2 hours before reaching the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento. The walking tour of the Valley of the Temples will be done with a licensed Guide. The visit of the Valley of the Temples covers the Temple of Hera, the Temple of Concordia, the Temple of Hercules and the Temple of Zeus. Later we will drive back to Palermo.
