Sicilian Thread Escorted Tour – 8 days

The Sicilian Thread is an 8-day fully escorted journey exploring Sicily through its history, culture, landscapes, food and traditions. The itinerary connects major destinations such as Palermo, Siracusa, Ragusa, Taormina and Mount Etna with countryside experiences, local products, craftsmanship and places beyond the usual tourist routes.

The journey highlights how Sicily’s many civilizations — from the Greeks and Romans to the Arabs, Normans and Spanish — continue to influence the island’s architecture, traditions and cuisine. It is designed not simply as sightseeing, but as a way to understand the connection between Sicily’s past and everyday life today.
