The experience involves:

• A Sicilian meal made by antipasti, primo piatto or secondo, and a dessert, in cooking show, of the almond nougat (cubaita)
• Water, local wine, seasonal fruit
• Storytelling of the dishes prepared with references to the connected history, tradition and culture of the same
